Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

While the product you’ll receive is not the exact same product in the picture, all of our inventory is examined and inspected on arrival or before shipment. If our photos differ in color or consistency, we do our best to immediately update them to reflect the product we actually sell So, while the photos provide an indication of the quality, there might be slight variations between the image and the actual item you receive. Where can I view my sales receipt?

To view your sales receipt, follow these steps based on the platform you’re using:

  1. QuickBooks Online:
    • Go to the Sales section and select All Sales.
    • Click the small gear icon and choose Show More.
    • Check the Attachments box.
    • You can also find receipts in the Customers section.

  1. Sam’s Club:
    • Log in to your account.
    • Under the Orders heading, select History.
    • Filter by AllOnline & In-club purchases, or a specific year of purchase.
    • Open the order number and print it as a valid receipt
How can I return an item?

o return an eligible item you ordered:

  1. Go to Your Orders to display your recent orders. If the item is a gift, visit Return a Gift.
  2. Choose the order and select Return or Replace Items.
  3. Select the item you want to return.
  4. Choose how to process your return.
  5. Select your preferred return method.
  6. Print your return label and return authorization.
  7. Add your return label (if applicable) and package your items for return.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Absolutely! We regularly restock items that are marked as ‘out of stock.’ Keep an eye on our website or subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when your desired items become available again.

Where can I ship my order?

Certainly! When it comes to shipping orders, you have a few options:

  1. Local Drop-Off: You can drop off your package at the nearest FedEx location or dropbox. Alternatively, arrange a pickup online through your customer account or call if you prefer that option. 

  2. Shipping Services: Consider using USPS Priority Mail for faster shipping within the U.S. It offers 1- to 3-day delivery starting at $10.40, depending on package size and destination. For larger packages, UPS and FedEx also offer competitive rates for sub-three-day shipping2.
